What is Culture Night

Uppsala's biggest cultural event, Kulturnatten, is an annual recurring event organized by Uppsala's cultural workers, culture and associations, cultural institutions, companies and other enthusiasts. Uppsala cultural night is also Sweden's largest cultural night. The Uppsala Municipality's cultural committee has been responsible for the cultural night since 1989 and Destination Uppsala coordinates the event since 2011. Destination Uppsala is responsible for overall coordination, opening, planning, information for organizers, sponsorship agreements, marketing, press, responsibility for web information and evaluation. and planning for years to come.
